5. Account Security

You are responsible for securing access to your Instagram account. Magic Posts is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in safeguarding your account details.

To use Magic Posts, you must authorize our access to your Instagram account via Meta’s secure authentication system. You may revoke this access at any time through your Instagram settings.

We do not collect or store your Instagram password.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Magic Posts for spam, fraudulent activities, or violation of any laws.
  • Misuse Meta’s APIs or services through our platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using Magic Posts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Upon termination, we will delete any stored Instagram Platform Data in compliance with Meta’s requirements.

Magic Posts is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Posts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
